nice hotel to stay at. but room too expensive for the view we had the view from our room location
Exceptional Location was great for an event that we attended at Solider Field. Room had extra toiletries, was clean, and comfortable.
served it’s purpose, wouldn’t spend that much to stay there again. rooms were small, updated but bathroom didn’t work well. coffeemaker was awful. Musty and smoky smelling, and ac wasn’t controllable. parking also extremely expensive. location was perfect for our needs
Perfect location for downtown Chicago Bed wasn't comfortable but that's preferential. Throw pillows shouldn't be on hotel beds anymore. Front desk agent on 5/31 when calling to confirm was cold and abrupt. Location was perfect, room was quiet, very clean. Night auditor was very friendly at 1am check in.

Excellent except uncomfortable bed :( My only complaint is bedding - bed was really firm/uncomfortable and there were no.extra blanket or non-decorative pillows. Other than this (important) discomfort, I would have given our stay a 10+/10 Great location, partial view of lake, quiet and very clean room, helpful receptionist

The Congress Hotel is good if you really need a place to stay and there are no other options. Very outdated, bathroom had very little space, beds were about as firm as you can get, pieces of the ceiling fell on our belongings as we opened a curtain. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
