Estadia prática na melhor localização, pelo preço cobrado. O edifício, apesar de reformado, é antigo. E a limpeza, talvez por ser dia sim, dia não, tb pode deixar o espaço um tanto sujo. Gostei muito da localização e da estrutura do hotel. Apesar de não ter cozinha no quarto, o hotel dispõe de uma estrutura de microndas e de máquinas de petiscos e bebidas que atendem bem a necessidade eventual de snacks. Além dos ótimos restaurantes.

we came to our room day 2 from breakfast. our cards would not let us in. went downstairs and computer would not let th bath tub had hair in the tub. we had to ask for bath towels. There was none in the bathroom. when housekeeping brought them she was waiting for a tip. was not our problem no bath towels The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. except a guy taking our breakfast order. he did not know the menu. Both mornings we had to ask for syrup.
Wonderful The room and bed were very comfortable. I especially liked the view of the park and the lakeshore. The location was very convenient for exploring Chicago.

Nice old hotel. But a little on the costly side. Still quite expensive for such an old hotel. I would understand if it were a newer place. Great view of the fountain and Lake Michigan. Room looked newly renovated. Next renovation should include either stripping down or getting new doors. It looked like they had 50 coats of paint on everything.
