The Congress Hotel is good if you really need a place to stay and there are no other options. Very outdated, bathroom had very little space, beds were about as firm as you can get, pieces of the ceiling fell on our belongings as we opened a curtain. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great location and exactly what we needed. Only reason it’s not a 10/10 is because one of the elevators for the north tower even side was out of service. This made it very difficult to use the one remaining elevator when the hotel was busy. Ended up waiting for the elevator and having to wait for numerous trips for there to be space to ride down. Ended the trip with taking the stairs down the six flights to check out. Location was great, within walking distance to everything we wanted. Was able to park the car and leave it f... read more
