Overpriced on marathon weekend to stay close to Grant park. It was very large but definitely a "tired" room that could use some freshening up. The workers from checkin to all other position were not helpful and gave you the feel they didn't care nor wanted to be working. Sadly, this was with every one we encountered. The hotel room was fantastic. It was very large and the location of the hotel to Grant park was excellent. Beds were nice and outfitted well. Pleasant El Hotel está muy bien situado, pero pagar casi 300 dolares por noche y que no tenga servicio de limpieza es un robo y una verguenza. El Covid-19 no es excusa suficiente. Si no limpian diariamente la habitación, pues o cobran más barato o descuentan el dinero equivalente por ese servicio no cumplido la ubicacion

Very Good Room was very warm, no air conditioning. The downstairs breakfast cafe was not good and very expensive. Excellent location, great room, very clean.
