Wonderful
short stay. only the room to change and sleep. comfortable beds. clean rooms. at 8:45am someone knocked on the door and tried to enter without us opening the door. we had the chain on so they didn’t access the room. the room was clean and comfortable
Very Good Restarurants' (breakfast and hotel restaurant) staff was not the nicest. Food was okay. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was nice. Location was great.
A wonderful place to stay! Parking was difficult. I enjoy the "feel" of the more traditional hotels when I visit a city; rather than the bigger chains. The Congress Plaza fits that bill from its beautiful lobby to its comfortable rooms and helpful staff. I love old-time feel along with the modern amenities.
