Lakeviews are amazing The hotel needs some TLC. Those outside display windows are more than sad Lakeview is the best and why we choose it t when in Chicago
Very Good I liked the Hotel's location compared to other attractions. It was in a prime area surrounded by food, clothing, and entertainment businesses. I had a view of the river, which was an added plus.
Exceptional Honeymoon was to short. Everything
Excellent location and value for money ! I got nothing ! Lake View Room was a great size and excellent value for money . Yes the hotel is aging in places but its rich history balances that . Housekeeping were excellent and check in and out went smoothly . Location is perfect and walking distance to all the attractions we needed to see . Internet was always strong . Totally enjoyed our time here .

was great time and will be back in July Your staff, Steve the bellman was excellent, he got us rides to the graduations was super helpful in suggestions restaurants and just simply making us feel special. the room was very comfortable and clean, the only suggestion is bench or someone where for items in bathroom

it was nice. I still would stay again a few things in the room needed to be updated . tv was too small and old and the shower/tub had a angel to it, where I almost slipped and fell if walked in on wrong side location And close to areas that I need
