Good Coffee pot was dirty, AC stuck Ideal location at a great price
Exactly as we had hoped We didn't realise that if we had a DND sign on the door 2 days in a row, security would be required to check the room. We placed the sign on the door on our third day as the cleaners knocked at 8am the first 2x mornings (noting that we took these signs off the door when we left at Midday ehcj day). However on our fourth day, security knocked and conducted a security check because of this. I think it's great that this occurs, but a heads up upon check-in would have been appreciated. Short stay for festival There was work being done outside the room during early morning hours that left a mess to walk through in the hallway. Interior of the hotel needs aesthetic attention. Location was perfect for Lollapalooza! King room was spacious and very quite in the corner of the tower. Bar and lounge areas were nice. Friendly staff.

It was nice but not worth how much we paid, I’d come back if it was $150 a night rather than $300. Doors are shredding away & would light green but then not unlock, door also would stay open if you didn’t pull it shut occasionally, no microwave in the rooms, coffee pot but no coffee / cream packets, no conditioner in the shower only shampoo & lotion, 1 bar of hand soap. Very nice staff, early check-in, and an enjoyable bar downstairs.
