great location facility could use some upgrade close to the lake and Millennium park. transportation is great, I really enjoyed my CTA ride to the conference center while I was there

Congress is a great place to stay The room was very clean. The location was perfect for us in was in the center of where we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Cant wait to stay here again

It’s ok for the price. Just haunted and historic. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room was ok. The hotel is just old and historic. The water temperature was great for shower. Didn’t know it was haunted until after booking. So they put me on the north side. Great location. Have to park around the corner. Thought it was free on weekends but nope. Got a 70.00 ticket.
