Very Good Elevators were wonky Location was great for what we needed.
Nice for the price! Only complaint was the beds were very hard and somewhat uncomfortable. The room was huge and very clean. The staff were always helpful.

All in All it was ok. The customer service at check in desk was not great at all. I was served by two different persons and they had unpleasant attitudes. It was a turn off. In my room, the shower in the bathroom was leaking badly and poor drainage in the tub. Clearly something that they would know about already but have not repaired them. Exceptional
Pleasant, comfortable, and convenient, but not lavish in any way. It was kind of on the older side. The air conditioning units were old and had water on the inside. The large closet space could be used instead as a second bathroom in the suite. Very close to downtown area. Museums, etc very easily accessible on foot. Was convenient to have a suite available in our situation.
The staff were amazing to help with anything, but the rooms are small and thin walls. The walls are very thin, and with lots of youth aged people there you could hear EVERYTHING. Also, the rooms are tiny! it was an interesting hotel with all the history of people who have stayed there.
