Wonderful We liked everything!! Hotel was located downtown of Chicago. It was renovated. Room was very clean , beds were comfortable. Service was very good. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Location and view! It is in need of a serious refresh. The entire hotel would benefit from an update. The rooms especially (if mine was typical). The "likes" totally outweighed this. The price would most likely increase significantly with a remodel. Our room was huge with an unbelievable view of the park and Lake Michigan. The location can't he beat.
Exceptional The only bad thing about it is honestly the manager she’s kinda rude doesn’t take anything into consideration. Has a negative tone and straight face when speaking to you , just overall wasn’t friendly . The customer service from booking was excellent , the room itself is amazing . Lake view is honestly breathe taking
