Wonderful
Reasonable for the price It was an old room with not so comfortable beds. The location was perfect. The hotel has a relatively fair price for the value.

Great. Loved the gangster tour bus. i wish the bathroom was bigger and the room was small but i guess when all your doing is mostly there to sleep it was fair. the main t.v. station did not come in very good but we were not there to watch T.V. so in all it was fine The room was clean but small. Good view at night of Chicago's skyline. Was close to some of the great attractions that Chicago has to offer. Staff was wonderful and very polite.

Good value IF you get a lake view room. Minimal hot water (9th floor). Little security (anyone can walk into hotel and up to floors). Bad in room coffee (but machine in room). Horrible in room dining. Outstanding location in the southern portion of the downtown "loop" right in front of a major park and the lake. Make sure to reserve a lake view room. Fridge and safe in room are a bonus.

Bien situé et pro Très bien situé. Très pro: un retard de vol de 48h et on a pu changer la location de 3 à 1 nuit. Le prochain séjour à Chicago sera bien là et plus longtemps!
It was nice but could've been better I didn't like the bed and the pillow, they weren't comfortable. especially the mattress, it was hard. I also didn't like that there was no gym at the hotel. I liked the staff there, they're friendly and ready to help anytime. I liked that there's a "work area" downstairs.
