Our stay was wonderful. We have stayed hear several times from 2000 until pandemic . No complaints. Location is wonderful. Staff is great and it was easy to get around the city from this location.
Convenient Rooms could use update and restaurant staff needs to have more friendliness. Should offer free parking for staying at your hotel The architecture of the hotel

Tolle Lage mit Charme aus vergangener Zeit wir haben einen Wasserkocher sehr vermisst, für Tees, Fertigsuppen und Abkochen von Leitungswasser ist das essenziell! die Lage von dem Hotel ist super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus zu erreichen, entweder zu Fuß oder mit Bus und U-Bahn
Wonderful The bed was not very comfortable and the room was bit stuffy temperature wise. Rooms and amenities were amazing! Absolutely stunning views of Lake Michigan.
Pleasant Old building, corridor smells strange. Room lock from inside is broken. Internet is slow and disconnects a lot. No charger or electricity beside the bed. The coffee in the room tastes so bad. I asked them to put me in a high floor so they put me in the 1st floor :) The floor carpet is torn and not clean. Low quality in everything. Room service lady keeps shouting in the corridor every morning yelling: “room service” as if we are in a street market lol Location is very good Room is spacious
