I will definitely book with the Congress Hotel again! The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work very well. The rooms were kind of plain. We thought there could’ve been more pictures to dress up the room a little. we loved the location and how convenient it was to get to our destinations for the day. The rooms had plenty of space, we didn’t feel cramped.
The stay was worth it. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, the location of the hotel, and we had a good time at the Taste o There was no parking garage connected to the hotel. Parking was expensive. It was clean and close to Grant Park.

Good The toilet handle was hard to flush and the shower door would t stay shut had to put rag to hold door. Other than that loved it! The location was great! Right across the street for Taste of Chicago
