Exceptional elevators the decor was nice great view
Very Good The room was comfy and nicely updated but much smaller than expected. Had a three-day reservation, but had to request a new set of towels every day! Waited about 30 minutes for the bell captain to bring a cart to the room for our departure. Oh, and we paid valet pricing for parking that was self-serve (and couldn't access our vehicle for the duration of our stay). Directly across the street from Taste of Chicago at Grant Park!
Very Good The rooms are somewhat outdated, BUT clean, convenient and reasonable. It's a older hotel, with the presence of class, character, cleanliness and courtesy upon your arrival on the main floor and that's what brings me back EVERY time. Its ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS The location was exceptional to the event and areas that we were interested in attending.

Wonderful the location and the view from my room….
Good The room was antiquated and needed some upgrades. The location was right across from Grant Park (where The Taste was held). This was our main reason for visiting Chicago.
