Considering Covid It Was Still Great! They didn’t make up the room during our stay but that was due to covid and I didn’t see the sign at registration that said as much. So if you want new coffee fixings or clean anything, you need to ask for it. No biggie. Just didn’t expect it. Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful lake view room. Fridge and safe in the room. Friendly staff. Fun lounge on Saturday night.

Good Pero no hacen limpieza que por lo dé COVID 19. Creo que debería ser al contrario, limpiar diario y Santiz at las habitaciones diario. Ahora tú tienes que hacer la cam y solo te llevan la ropa de cama limpia. Y hasta tienes que sacar la basura tu. ESO NO ME GUSTO. Cómodo y limpio.
I would definitely stay here again, especially since I wanted to be close to Columbia college The cleaning service came at a time I was still in the room in the morning. They wanted to come back but never did. I do not mind so much but it would have been nice to come back to a clean room with water. The facilities are also dated, but the value was still good. Grand old hotel Bathroom light did not work. Quickly and courteously fixed. Truly a bit of Chicago grandeur. A little worn around the edges, but lovely and comfortable.
I always try to stay at the Congress when I visit Chicago . Never had a issue when I stay there
