All about the view and location Room was tiny, one of the bed covers smelled heavily of urine so I had to have housekeeping come replace it. The breakfast options were poor for the price of the room. The building is in need of a deep clean and a paint job too The location is great and the view of the lake is nice
Well Worth It The only negative thing i could really say is that the room smelled a little funky, but even that was noticeably due to the intense cleaning they do, but it smelled like one of the cleaning chemicals mightve spilled on the rug and they didnt fully clean it up The view of Millenium Park was to die for, not to mention beautiful Lake Michigan just beyond the park. The hotel was decently within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile which is a must-visit location in Chichago

Pleasant Air conditioning was not cold at all. Lots of noise in hallway someone actually threw up outside our room in the hall. Whole floor smelled like weed our whole stay Beautiful inside and great location. Friendly staff!
I enjoyed my stay there without having any major problems The parking situation needs a bit more help, we were quite confused whether it was just a normal public parking or the actual parking area of the hotel. The variety for breakfast was quite small but wasn't bad. Only one of the elevators seemed to be working but not quite sure. In one of our rooms, in the bathroom it had a piece missing from the shower and placed to the side of the tub, when trying to get the shower running we needed to add that missing piece. Good for its price! The a/c turned off and it began to get really hot on the whole floor that we stayed on. Also the elevator kept stopping on floor 10 when no one was there. The room was relatively clean but I found someone else’s belongings The staff was very nice! They helped with whatever I needed. The location and the decor is also a plus.
Good location. Nice staff. Rooms could use some love. The breakfast was yogurt & fruit cups. The curtains didn’t work well with the bay window so once the sun was up the room was as bright as the heavens! Very clean but ancient rooms. Comforters looked like they rolled out of the assembly in the 70’s (but kinda cool) Great location! The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean! Liked the parking lot in the back.
