Old, basic, well done. Long check in line. Location. Lively hotel bar. Quiet on floors.

it was ok but probably would not go back again gym treadmills broken, got into our room and the king bed was not made from prior guests and the ac units were very poor both nights and was rather warm in room. location
Great launching spot for exploring Chicago The mattress was a bit firm and the pillows were too. The room was somewhat bare bones. The hotel let us check in early which was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled great. Elevators were fast and convenient. The hotel is located centrally in downtown area/ the Loop. The water power in the shower was also great

easy, awesome stay. i work in hospitality, so I have high standards. Hence, I noticed detailed cleaning jobs and furbishing needed attention. the history, design, location, amenities, spacious, etc.
Provided excellent accomodations in a pinch and our stay exceeded what we would of expected. Not having parking affiliated with the hotel. Location mostly. Everyone was very pleasent and helpful.
Very Good 1) No newspapers available. ? I never heard of an urban hotel that did not provide or sell current newspapers. 2) The restaurant off the lobby near the elevator to north tower rooms is "NO STARS". Food oui barely edible, waiter is untrained.
