Very Good Older building means both exterior & interior noise can be an issue due to lack of insulation/soundproofing Great location, extremely comfortable bed & large room by hotel standards
An excellent stay in an enchanting historic hotel. I didn’t have any dislikes about the property. a beautiful building and a historic landmark. comfortable accommodations and right on Michigan ave.

Good value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Room view, quick check in, proximity to downtown area.
overall price and location made it worth it but it’s very very old accommodations. the shower was microscopic I’m a 5’9 thin female and could barely stand straight on in the shower because they were so narrow. bigger men or women would have to stand sideways. beds are extremely uncomfortable the location is perfect. that’s where it stops
Goed Het ontbreken van een ontbijtbuffet is een zwaar minpunt. Op onze verdere roadtrip was overal ontbijtbuffet. Een brunch is in heel Chicago niet te krijgen, in Texas dan weer wel. Zeer goede locatie op wandelafstand van de bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Grote kamer met uitzicht over het meer. Mooi historisch gebouw. Heeft zoals overal te lijden gehad onder de lockdwns. Zou wat verf kunnen gebruiken, maar na renovatie zou het wel veel te duur zijn, dus beter niet.
