It was a good stay for the price and allowed 18+ to stay which is nice! the beds were hard! the shower and bathroom was not very clean and was poorly designed definitely needed updates! Also no good heating or cooling unit in the room kept pumping hot air gas to open a window to cool off the room the beds were super hard! the location was within good walking distance of all main attractions and shopping sites in chicago! room was spacious! Bathroom needed some updates but overall it was okay!
Very Good Room temperature controlled centrally outside of room. we sweltered!! Staff gave us a floor fan but didn’t do the job. loved location; loved the property. staff very responsive.

hotel no en muy buenas condiciones pero con muy buena ubicación que no hay limpieza en las habitaciones hasta el tercer día , que la habitación no estaba limpia a mi llegada , se nota que no le dan mantenimiento a las habitaciones, el bar lo cierran muy temprano la ubicación es perfecta , tiene vistas muy bonitas desde cualquier habitación , se dice que es un hotel embrujado lo cual es mentira es la apariencia que tiene porque está muy descuidado pero está bonito

Decent for the most part Bathtub couldn't drain on the first night Had to phone frontdesk to send someone up to fix it Seems like a common occurence here but it is a pretty old building so I'm not too surprised Good location
Okay place to stay The toilet was running, walls were thin, other guests pounded on our door at 3am The room was clean
