Great Stay in Chicago The room was large and quiet. It was cute and well arranged. The staff were friendly. The location was spectacular for getting to museums and parks. The shower pressure was non-existent and it took a little while to get warm (~10 min). Also my key card stopped working after one day and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed.
Interesting hotel Battery on smoke alarm down the hall chirped loudly throughout, kept us awake at night. Location was great. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel.
Overall, it was a good stay and my family was comfortable. The restaurants were limited and the staff was scarce. Therefore service was impacted. I also had to call a number of times for coffee and when delivered was for a different coffee maker. I feel like I waited too long and it could have been avoided by giving us extra. Three pods for 5 people was not good and there was not coffee available downstairs as a courtesy which I found odd. I had to do a dunkin donuts run every day. ok As stated above it says one night in Chicago Oct 16 - Oct 17 but I have been charged for two being for Oct 17 - Oct 18 which I did not stay I called n they have not called back. Location
