Location sells this hotel Shower was pretty small and placement of the shelf over the sink was a bit awkward. We were in the buckingham wing so it had small hallway and elevator, and on the second floor there was a big street lamp shining in, but just closed the windows and it was fine. Location cannot be beat, especially for the price. Close to not only millennium park, but also museums. Plus near CTA bus stops and train lines. Wonderful The hotel is old, though they've kept it up somewhat. There was no valet parking, though it's advertised on the website. Maria at check-in was fabulous! The view of the fountain and lake from our room was unbelievable!
Excellent lake side view! Minimal decorations, super tiny TV. Maria was fantastic at check in! She made sure our two rooms were right across the hall from each other. The lake view was incredible!
