Very Good Location is excellent for Chicago Marathon! You cannot beat it. Just downstairs and you are at starting line! So close to finish line too.

Acceptable Walls are peeling and rooms need renovations badly. Virtually no sound proofing. Go for a room on inside court. Location to Grant park is excellent. Lobby is nice for an historic hotel
Excellent location and a grand, historic room. The bathroom is fine but very small snd in need of renovations. The room could use some more lighting. The location and view were amazing! Loved the feel of staying in a historic hotel. Room was large and very grand. Staff also were very nice.
Great place to stay for Chicago Marathon Issues with original room, Mgr Nicole made it right very quickly.
