Chicago with a View The were only two things that were a bit off for us. One was that the in room phone did not work during our stay. The other was that we asked for towels to be delivered to our room, which they came into our room while we were out to deliver, but did not pick up the soiled towels in the restroom. These were very minor issues in our eyes that could be easily fixed. The Congress Plaza hotel is located on Michigan Ave with a spectacular view of Buckingham Fountain and Lake Michigan.
