Exceptional Check-in was smooth, but there was only one person handling check-in & check-out, not sure if because of understaff but the ladies present were wonderful and we appreciate all their hard work. The location and price was absolutely perfect! We were right downtown in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

A little tired The property is a simply rundown. The rooms were clean, but the lobby is plain tired and dirty. Check in took 45 minutes, which even accounting for covid-era recovery seems like they could have creatively solved. The location was great for our weekend events.
It was a pleasant stay overall. I wish the shower head had good pressure. I still found old cups in a dirty corner of the room and the shower pressure was terrible. It also took a while for the water to heat up. The room was nice and bed comfy. The room had a great view of the Sears tower and it was quiet on my floor. There was plenty of toiletries.
