Very Good Need more updates in bathroom like tub and drain my tub was not draining properly. And fix flooring in bathrooms

The perfect Chicago experience. The ice maker on our floor (the 9th) didn't work. Nor did the soda machine. We got ice from the bar (which was a little awkward) but found out that the seventh floor's worked. The light in the hallway would brighten and dim. I'm sure some people would be quick to say that this was paranormal, but it wasn't. The location matched with the price can't be beaten. This hotel is centered within easy walking distance of the Field Museum and the Aquarium, as well as the Navy Pier. Right in the middle.... read more
Pleasant
Good. But to expensive. No pool. You could here through the walls. Long wait for check in. Slow elev Over priced. Could hear people in next room. No place to park. Clean!
Exceptional The expense of parking seemed high. We had to use a paid parking lot which the hotel recommends which is literally close and convenient but you pay for 72 hours at 138 bucks...and you cannot leave the lot and be guaranteed a spot if you want to drive elsewhere in the city. It may have been on some fine print somewhere...but I was not told that parking would be the pay and lose your spot type. Location was amazing, directly in front of Grant Park. Wonderful El hotel de corte clásico ,’con unos ascensores tipo vintage . Habitación muy cómoda. Tuvimos una vista parcial al lago Michigan El desayuno excelente , el mejor que me he comido comparado con todos los hoteles de esa categoría que ofrecen desayuno . Tiene Parqueaderos cercanos con tarifas convenientes. Nosotros fuimos caminando desde ahí a la Marina (Pier)
