Disappointing stay in a medieval hotel The hotel is very old & the rooms are atrocious. We were originally allocated a room on the north side & it felt like we stepped into a prison back in the 1900s. The toilet did not work, there was no hot water, our view looked out to a concrete wall, the internal doors didn't close properly, the room smelled like an antique furniture store (the list goes on!). Bad The front desk double charged my card after I told them to make sure not to double charge my card in to check everything on the screen to see if it's correct before charging my card then later that night I ordered food that was left with security but Noone seems to know where the food went terrible experience for me but beautiful hotel
Disappointing "Poor customer service. I had an issue with the air conditioning, and the receptionist's response was to open the windows—seriously, with a temperature of 30°C? When I told her that wasn't a good option, she said she would send me a fan. At no point did she offer to change my room. Only when I asked for it did she take action. Honestly, I didn’t like the service. Personally, I’d rate them 4 out of 10." the location
