Hotel nur wegen des Standorts gewählt Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sicherlich schon länger nicht renoviert. Für diesen Umstand ist der Preis sehr hoch. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann Chicago zu Fuß entdecken.

Poor Hotel was very old, look haunted, bathroom was so outdated, toilet make so much noise after each flush, room was so hot, bed was hard as rock, pillow way too soft. Location was decent.
could be better The first room was awful, old, lack of light, with a door to nowhere (12th floor, fire escape) that could not be locked (2 small kids). So we changed the room (thanks to security and receptionist). No microwave, no crib (I requested), no parking (only public parking available) Great location. Not expensive. Free WIFI
Improvement needed Customer Service was bad, toilet stopped up and we were only there for one day and the price for the room was ridiculous. I would not recommend.
Nice evening, no real complaint, just not what I consider outstanding Definitely dated, small room. Parking is outrageously expensive. Location is amazing. Cool old hotel
Booking.com Booking.com made a confusing to figure out what the exact pricing was for the room for the night what I thought it was and would it turn out to be was a lot higher I thought that the price I was charged was a lot lower until I got to the hotel I was informed of the correct pricing of the room
