Great service staff. Old facility. The facility was old. We lost power two nights due to overload of circuit when neighbouring guests plugged in the hair dryer. Staff was friendly to deal with and very helpful.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Never going back. Grimy looking, outdated-appearance, outdated-looking restaurant with limited options, especially for vegetarians. Front desk staff looked disinterested to be there. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and pretty much the only nice thing about the hotel.
Awful Terrible service. Perhaps the worst in the last year traveling US and UK. The price was meh but the staff and response to calls or inquiries were nonexistent! After the second night and no response for two days and countless main desk calls, I just gave up and decided to not let their service ruin my vibe. I do not recommend this hotel. In fact, if you’re looking for a deal and better service, check out the Holiday Inn.
Good value for Downtown Chicago but hotel needs some improvements Hotel though large had nowhere to relax with a coffee or tea. Rooms could do with slight amendments. Door to bathroom didn't shut properly as old and needed adjustment. We had two joining family rooms for 4 of us but water bottles, coffee and glasses, cups etc. only supplied for 2 people. Fair Common areas run down .elevator dingy . Guards at all doors of lobby at night. Was not sure if that made me feel safe or scared. Very clean bathroom. Reasonable price for location
