You get what you paid for All the bedding, especially the pillows felt old and dingy. Saw multiple moths in room during our stay, make it really uncomfortable to leave anything out in the open. Room service only when requested. Location for the hotel is great, close to public transit and walking distance to some attractions like the Art Institute and the park. Was able to check-in early.
Good for the location but bad for the cleaning On average I don’t like the cleaning service all locations need more work. I sorry for my comment but for several years I been worked for hotel in Minneapolis Mn and I know what is the protocol for this kind of stuff..

Disappointing Das Hotel ist herunter gekommen in allen Bereichen. Chicago Downtown zu erleben war super.
A safe roof over your head in the main tourist area. no ventilation in the bathroom which caused our room to smell moldy. rooms are very old and haven’t been renovated. location, comfortable bed

Chicago est une ville qui mérite d’être visitée. L’hôtel ne mérite pas qu’on s’y arrête. le faste du hall et le tarif pratiqué sont démesurés par rapport aux services et à l’état des chambres. pas de cleaning room pendant 4 nuits …. Le personnel bagages et les membres house Keeping étaient agréables.
I will never go back to congress plaza Room as musky smell. Carpet was dirty
