Poor Room had cigarette stanch, changed rooms and that room had musky smell. Room needs serious updating. There was glass shelf over sink in the way of washing face. Beds were hard. Staff was good was the only pro.
Si poteva fare meglio La pulizia era terribile. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera in quanto nella vasca rimamevano cose nere nella vasca (che non siamo riusciti ad identificare). In generale il bagno in entrambe le stanze era vecchio e sporco. C'era odore di chiuso, non è andato via nemmeno tenendo le finestre aperte. Für etwas mehr Geld kann ich bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel übernachten, das diese Leistung tatsächlich entspricht. Die Lage ist optimal, man erreicht alles ganz easy zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Stay elsewhere! This hotel needs an overhaul. The room was bizarre - had a small bathroom with fan that was falling down and very loud. Then there was a separate sink area off the bedroom space with no mirror - so not useful as another place to get ready. The pillows are TERRIBLE - lumpy and have VELCRO pillowcases so are scratchy! Not enough of them either. The hotel for this cost should provide 1-2 bottles of drinking water each day - annoying to see $4 for a small bottle. good if u just wanna use it as a place to sleep during the night while u go out and explore the city during the day . The property is very outdated and in need of serious need of repairs . the carpet smells old and the front desk staff are one of the most unhelpful useless people you can put in charge . if I could give their costumer service 0 I would . location it’s right next to the bean and the art institute and walking

The stay was okay. but i think i can have more value for my money for a better hotel in the vicinity The draperies, carpeting and paintwork and smell of the whole hotel needs a revamp. The location is the best thing.
