Personally, the only issue I have with the place is parking other than that everything is fine. The staff is friendly and willing to help especially if you’re kind and respectful when approaching them with your issues. Shoutout to Keona and Ivy for being super helpful and patient!

The units are nice 👍 but, the gym is always nasty , no one cleans it the windows are stained and the treadmills are not all working. Besides that Nice apartments Love the Security Location Isn’t so bad either..

I have not met a helpful staff as of yet!!! They lack communication and the manager is never available!!!! I ask for a call back NEVER SO I GET ONE!!! The worst experience I’ve ever been thru in my life!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE SPECIALLY TO FAMILIES SENDING THEIR KIDS TO LIVE THERE!!!

The crossings are probably one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever stayed in. There are a few individuals in the front office who are incredibly helpful and kind, they will go the extra mile and try to make sure that everything is working out for the tenant. However, there are so many deficits to living here that do not make a few nice conversations worth the stay. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Not only did I deal with three years of horrible management, no parking, construction, break ins, stolen bikes, broken vehicles, and overpriced rent with small charges thrown in some months and not others but now that I am finally free of that lease I have been kicked out from my resident portal but have been charged absurd move out and cleaning fees AND they lost my deposit. BEWARE - DO NOT MOVE HERE! My daughter lived here for 6 months. It was problems from the beginning. Started w them not giving her the apartment she signed the lease for, she’s had mail stolen, her car was vandalized in the parking lot in the space she paid extra for and they refused to give the video evidence they have of the crime and now upon move out they are charging her over $300 to replace a damaged floor that was damaged when she moved in and was marked on her move-in sheet, and also to replace her bed and desk chair ... read more

The people were so annoying. I had to wait for hours before my room was furnished. There was no available dollys to help carry my stuff. I had no parking spot and had to park outside on the unsafe street for days. This is about 10min walk to my apartment. I had to keep going to the office for a week before getting a spot and this is parking spot is so far from my room and they don’t allow switching spots. Getting groceries from my car to my room is a headache every time. The people in the office are just annoying

this is hands down the worst place to ever live the crossing did me so dirty the staff and management are not professional at all i would never recommend this place for anybody ever . I would give this place a -0 if I could
