Not at the moment. When all of the issues have been solved then maybe but the lack of communication is a huge concern

1. Full month's rent charged for August when move-in was Aug. 24 -- seven whole days. (Believe me, the complex was NOT move-in-ready prior.) 2. Ongoing construction means parking is scarce -- even for those who paid for parking. 3. Move-in day was a fiasco -- not enough dollies, elevators not working. 4. Sloppy work: paint overspray on walls, nail holes not filled, grout and other construction debris left in apartment. 5. Unresponsive management -- pre- and post-move-in, phone messages never answered. These complaints are n... read more

This has been the most disorganized, frustrating, and dishonest business transaction I have ever been involved with. My daughter is a resident and signed a lease very early on. We were never told to purchase parking which we would have done, had we known they required purchasing. Something has got to be done about this issue! Now! On the leasing website they are still advertising units and parking. That is FRAUD if you don’t have the item you are advertising! Every number I call goes unanswered . They will be seeing my face ... read more

I was told that I was bullying the leasing staff for repeatidly asking about my missing tv, as promised in emails the website and furnishings is listed as included in the lease. They refuse to prorate no matter how much in the wrong they are. They left an electrical panel in my unit partially unscrewed where i could easidly hurt myself and I told them Friday. apparently maintance will fix it monday not wanting to injure myself I fixed it myself

Let me start off by saying that I applied for my lease here in November/December and when i asked about parking while signing the lease, I was told that there would be a lot of Free General Parking available to the residents. I found out at about 3:30pm today that the general parking was no longer free($20 a month) and that they were completely sold out of general and reserved parking. My boyfriend and I have gotten no email notification, phone call, or anything relating to this in those 8months before moving in, and were mo... read more

My roommates and I signed our leases very early on, back when parking was going to be free. This summer, we found out through a friend who signed later on that they weren’t offering free parking and that they were actually selling all of the spots. I would have purchased a spot no problem, had I been notified. However, now they are sold out of parking spots and I have to figure out what I’m going to be doing with my car this year. The Crossings has continually been failing at communicating any information to their residents.... read more

Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease with this complex. Their parking is sold out and they do not have any other safe options to provide you. The offsite streets are no parking only and guaranteed your vehicle to get broken into or towed by the city. The area around this complex is NOT in a safe area of town. They allow people to sign a lease without notifying anyone of their parking situation. I’m still waiting on the manager Cynthia Nino, to even respond properly to our approved lease showing parking approved a... read more
