The amenities here are outstanding and the apartments are nice, but the lack of security made this property a hard no go when looking at places for our daughter. The property isn't gated so any and everyone can walk onto it. There is no onsite security either. During our tour a homeless guy rode his bike right through the parking lot and we saw another homeless guy wandering near the property as we left. For 3 weeks the power in my living room was out. There was no notice on when it would be turned back on nor was there any notice on when the construction men would be done working in my kitchen when the sprinkles from the 4th floor fire leaked into my kitchen.
Have no hot water for 3 weeks

RecommendedHaving just left Sacramento, I can say that The Crossings is the best student living option in Sacramento. While it had had its challenges in 2020, Giselle and McKynzie are working hard and making great changes. A new security company has been hired, a security gate is scheduled to be installed, service at the leasing office gets better and better, and programming and events are still regularly happening (slightly adjusted due to the pandemic). With all its extras/amenities, it’s the best value in the area.

Recommendedso glad I chose to stay onsite even though my classes on are online, because it's been a great experience being so close to campus!

RecommendedEveryone is really nice, cordial, knowledgeable and willing to help. There is only one thing that I did not like was that if I emailed or called to leave a message I very rarely got a call back.
