Never have any problems when we go everyone especially the lady that greets you is very friendly and helpful.
Had to wait for more than 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time, for my son to be called in.
Staff friendly and courteous. Kids overjoyed with toys given to them after exam and cleaning. My two boys chose a lion and tiger masks. My young daughter chose a ring and other daughter chose a flippng/popping gadget. I like the smooth process of signing-in with computers without worry of verbalizing sensitive and personal information to staff with people nearby to overhear.
