Our appointment was scheduled for 9am on a Monday, we were not seen until after 10:23 and only because i complained to the receptionist. After that the actual time with the dental providers was really fast, its just you need to work on realistic expected wait times when scheduling your appointments. And, honestly say that you are running late..
I was pleased that the hygienist allowed me to help comfort my child while she had her teeth cleaned.

Is my 3rd time here, and 2nd bad experience with the front desk person, having issues with their system. The lady was very polite and professional but I just wonder if, system issues is a daily problem?
