As always, we had a wonderful experience! We love the service and the staff. Worth the drive from far west El Paso.
Great visit and the staff put my daughters worries at ease in regards to the fillings and the whole process.
The doctors where good. I just didn't like how they really don't have payment plans and that you have to pay everything up front.
The employee sitting at the front desk (did not have a chance to get her name but she is the first person you see when you walk through the door) is always very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant experience with my daughter (she is a special needs child) and will continue to go back. I will highly recommend the services of the Dental Ark to other mothers of special needs children that I come in contact with either through meeting them at my daughter's school or at other gatherings such as at Gigi's Playhouse. was pleased with how the assistants kept letting me know how my kids were doing.
Everyone is wonderful !! Wish there was a window I can see through when my daughter under went procedures.
While trying to checkout the two women at the computers; only one was actually working(the blonde one). The Brunette on the left was gossiping with some other lady with glasses and green scrubs while I sat and waited. Amazing the total disregard of our presence (my daughter and myself). Not even a "she will be right with you ma'am, this window is already closed"..... something. Other than that I would like to be asked with Dr. I am looking to see.
