Very happy on how they made my 2 yr old feel comfortable she took x-ray with no problem usually she will fuss and lock up mouth.

We have always been quite pleased with our experiences at Dental Ark. However, it seems that the wait times have been slowly increasing and our visit this week ended up taking considerably longer than we expected. We had an appointment at 8AM and were not finished until around 9:45 for a simple checkup with x-rays and cleaning.
Every time I am seen, I experience extremely long waiting time for cleanings.
My apt. was at 10:30 and my son wasn't seen till 11:30. The wait was a bit much and there is not a designated playing are for the children. It would be helpful to have it in order to keep the children intertained during the long waits
Appointment was at 12:30 and didn't see a dentist for over 1 1/2 hours. Totally unacceptable.

I believe there were too many children scheduled at the same time so the examination seemed rushed.
Fred was very nice and friendly w my son Jaden, made him feel comfortable! Joanne was also very patient and explained everything very well to me. The whole staff is awesome!! Melanie & Fannie, Norma, Jessica, Lysette, and Brenda!!
