Dr. Rene Casavantes was very knowledgable, professional and friendly which made the whole experience much easier for us. A real plus was that he wasn't anxious like many others I have seen. Definitely glad he is at the Dental Ark where we have been going for 6 years & Loving it! His assistant was OUTSTANDING AS WELL! Too bad I didn't get her name. KUDOS to her!

Todo el personal fue muy amable, como siempre. A mis hijos les encanta este lugar. Considero que el servicio es muy bueno. Lo único malo fue el tiempo de espera, y aunque sé que vamos a permanecer más tiempo en el lugar por el hecho de llevar a tres pacientes, creo que 1 hora con 40 min. fue poco más de lo esperado.(tiempo en total).

On the recommendation of our wonderful dentist when we were stationed in San Antonio who also works here I have been bringing my 2 autistic kids here for 2 years now. Being at the dentist is often stressful for special needs children and the staff here understands that. From the front desk staff, to assistants, hygienists, dentists and orthodontists we have never had a bad experience and for the first time my kids are actually excited to go to the dentist.
