The assistant that was being trained has such an amazing personality. Keep it up!
I've been with this dental practice for several years and I love the service. It was my first time in the parent room waiting area and it was great. It was quiet and comfortable. The coffee was also a great accommodation. Everyone is always so friendly and kind and treat the children with respect.

Everyone is usually friendly when I take my son to his visits, except for the lady at the computer who checks you in. She could have been having a bad day, but it's not the first time.
My son was forgotten, we were there 40 mins early and it wasnt until 2 hours later that i got up and asked and the receptionist said oh they were supposed to call him already. this was like the third time we forgotten. not going back, looking for new dentist.
The dental hygienist (forgot her name) was extremely gentle and friendly to my daughter who was very nervous about her visit. She was very patient and took the time to explain procedure/ tools to her and that was very important to me. Thanks to her, I am confident my daughter will not fear the dentist any more.
I love the fact that your staff is so good with th e kids that they do not fear going to see you!
I felt please when I got a call later on thru the day on how my daughter was doing after her treatment. Plus they gave me more information on how to help her feel better. Thank you
