My daughter will have to go bk because of cavities for work,she is very young to b alone without me. I'm not ok w letting her go to the bk alone, makes me feel uneasy.wish the parents could stay w the child while our kids r getting procedures done. iI would feel less stressed.

The ongoing process you have to update personal information is annoying. Also, I have in the past been invited to sit in your "parents only" waiting room. I have noticed that your staff no longer mentions that, but the sign is still on the door when I go in to pay.

The staff is always friendly and my son always gets the best treatment..thank you very much
I strongly believe that if major treatment will be conducted on children, parents should be allowed in the room. My daughter was alone in the room and was not able to get her treatment due to the fact that she was scared and to make it worst she did not see me there.
I would appreciat that when there is an issue with the child's teeth that as the parent I can also see the dental films during the explanation.
My kids love coming here and don't cry at all. The staff is real good and very friendly. Good job dental ark. Keep up the great job. See you in 6 months. ☺
