I had a great service from everyone working they're. No comment in particular.
Every body was great and smiling, I had a great talk with the hygienist (male)....he is great with a great attitude...
Always has the best service here love this place!
I love the games in the play room. I also like the way you all treated me. You can probably add some games in the waiting area.

The dental hygienist was too hard on the teeth cleaning, they were busy talking to each other instead of focusing on the cleaning. It was very painful and uncomfortable for Patricia. She will not be coming back.

Overall experience was excellent
The people who do the cleaning are rude and they gossip about other workers there.
I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:30 appointment and the kids were not taken back until 3:30. The appointment should have been set more appropriately not having us wait 1 1/2 hours that's unacceptable. Not sure if we will return for this reason. I dont have that much time to waste.
