It would be nice to have the dentist speak to you and let you know what was found and what needs to be done. I don't like that the tech is the one giving the information.

If you are looking for a kid and parent friendly environment Dental Ark is your place. My son got his braces there so we have been going for over 3 yrs. He loves them and they love him back. They are true professionals and extremely friendly which gives kids and parents relieve.

In the parents room their should be a post about having the ear phones on if listening to something on their phones, not all parents wanna hear someone's movie show or music... That we be great, I love the parent room its been a great addition thank you so much.

The person at the front desk was not to friendly. But, the dental assistant and dentist were very nice.

I'm confused why there is a random lady in a desk that point you to a computer? What is the point of the people at the window?? That's too much!! And please get some toys.
