Toys and more TV options in front waiting room would have made the 1 hour wait less miserable. Three TVs with the same tween Disney show was a mismatch for most of the ages of kids in the waiting room. And overall I felt like my children and I were being processed through a well-decorated factory.

Just the dental hygienist stated that it was abuse not to brush or floss the teeth twice a day with 2 special needs children we are lucky to get them to brush. Daily. She did apologize but I think maybe she should be a little more careful with her choice of words with special need children and their families

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. My son who is very sensitive around his mouth had the first of two procedures done with absolutely no issues.

The receptionist was very understanding when I had to return to have my sons teeth cleaned after receiving two crowns and saw that cement was still left on his other teeth. I would like for staff to review status of children's procedure before releasing them. So that this can be avoided in the future.

I was very pleased. Always have been since day 1. My Son enjoys his visits every time. All your staff has always been understanding & compassionate.One suggestion-not to have to confirm same information every visit especially if it is within the samey year. It should ask if any changes or updates need to be made not force you to fill out same info.

Have a separate waiting area for those with appt for treatments. I know there is one for parents only but for those of us, like in my case I had my other daughter, with family. With an area maybe to read or watch TV. I was there from 9:30 until 2:15. Very long wait. Also to give parents an update if taking longer than usual such as in our case. My daughters pressure was taking longer to rise and I didn't find out until I asked what was taking so long. I would've like to have been informed without having to ask. Thank you :)

Very nice dental assistant, patient and helpful w my daughter. The assistants name was Kelly.

Everyone we encountered on our visit was very nice and we did have an over good visit. We did however wait a little over an hour to get seen and when you have a 9 month old they can get a little impatient.
