To many patients at the same time... The waiting is too long
I have been there three times and everytime I have seen a different dentist and everytime that I see them I realize that the dentist has not read the charts, therefore they cannot realize if there has been any changes in my son's teeth since last visit. I feel that by not reading the chart the dentist does not know what he os she is dealing with and they have to reevaluate my child for the firts time. Maybe You could come up with something to have a shorter wait time. I had a 2 yr old and a 7 year old and it's hard to keep them still for that long. The appointment was at 1230 and we did not leave the place until 1500. That's just too long for an exam.
I took my two boys and one was confused with the other one. Thet gave the local anesticia to the younger one. I don't know how that would happen..simply unacceptable.
Poor Overall Service - Waited 4 hours past our appointment time before my son was pulled in, after he was pulled in they only did half the work that was scheduled due to the doctor being delayed with one other patient that day. If that wasn't bad enough, staff stated to me that now splitting it up into two visits will now cost me more vs. had we just done it as scheduled in one visit. Your office staff in scheduling is always rude. We will no longer be patients of yours because of your obsurd office hours. It is not reasonable to expect families to take their children out of school only to suffice your inconvenient hours (3pm closing). A. Garcia has no business dealing with the public. She has absolutely no clue as to what customer service is let alone how to smile.
