I did not like the fact that I had to wait longer than an hour for my sons appointment. I kept seeing other families being attended before me knowing they got there a lot later than me. I had to go and speak to the receptionist to ask her what the hold up was. She later informed me that they might of skipped me but that my son was next. Shortly after they called my sons name. My 2 children had appointments the same morning. One (14 year old son) was having sealants only and the other (6 year old daughter) was having fillings, a crown and sealants. I was in the "parents room" waiting for 45 minutes when I was told my son was done. After payment was made, I asked if he and I could go back into the "parents room" and was told no. Parents should be allowed to be able to see their child especially if only 4yrs old before a procedure is done and have the doctors/nurses explain to them what is gonna happened and if there are any side effects. After I paid for the procedure. Nobody decided to explain to me anything or even let me see my 4yr old. If I wouldn't have asked what was going on i wouldnt have never known they already had not only started but finished with my child's procedure without my know
My daughter's appt was at 1000 and she did not get seen until 1330. That is a little ridiculous to have a 4y/o waiting after having to fast for the procedure.
Make sure they know they're facts before accusing my child is sick I don't like those dentist assistance.
Our 13 month old had her teeth check and flouride vitamins applied, her visit lasted less than 10 minutes, however, we waited in the lobby almost 2 hours. The flouride gave her a rash on her checks by her mouth, cleared up the next day. The carpet in the lobby is very dirty, it was difficult to keep our daughter off it as she is very hyper and can not sit still for almost 2 hours, understandably. Thank you.
I don't think I will be back for the fact that parents are not allowed in the back. I understand that they will be ok but as parents we need to see what the kids are going thru that nothing bad happens to them.
