I got my daughter the Ortho at Dental Ark and I so much regret it. The appliance she received cost me $500 down and it was useless. It was lose to start with had to go back and it was still the same lose. Now I am out of $500 and now the freaking Dr ortho decides she has to wait. BS!!! never will I go back and or refer anyone!!!!!
You guys should not be so slow at putting us in to get our teeth cleaned and u guys were a waste of time
The experience was very different from the other times. The dental assistant was kinda rude by making it weird that my 3 yr old was scared and crying. Comforting my son she asked if he was my only one and I said yes. She then said oh no wonder. I think that was rude. I didn't like other comments she made. The dentist was great though and said it's ok he's scared. I almost got billed $13 but said I paid over the phone because when I mailed it, it was never received. 1. Every time I bring my daughter for a checkup the check-in process is different. Would be nice to have some stability. 2. We arrived 15 mins early, as instructed, to fill out paperwork. We were not called in until 45 mins past our appt time. As a result, we were waiting for over an hour. My 5-year-old was in a great mood to see the dentist when we arrived; after an hour wait...not so much. The dentist did not address my son's dental needs with me. She did a 5min check up with him the dentist spoke to the dental hygienist then left without discussing anything with myself (the parent). During the review the hygienist summarized my son's dental needs and did not leave any options for questions or discussion. I felt like the extreme follow up was recommended without choices being presented. Because of this I will be seeking a second opinion and my be switching dentist office. Nothing was explained to me my daughter the patients had to explain to me. This is disappointing if your not going to let me in with my daughter then what kind of service do you provide? I am taking my daughter to another provider I won't be coming back to you all.

Most Horrible Dental Office and Experience my children have been to here in El Paso. It should be about the most pleaseant experience fir Kids not for Parents, its a Kids Dentistry, bribe the kids not the parents. Parents sjould be allowed w/ parents at all times, especially w/ long treatments.....i was there for 4hrs and was not told ahead of time.....my first time in there and my last one ...
