When I tried to cancel early the representative that I talk to never mentioned to me about canceling it in may. Then I called again right before I canceled and was only told to come in person. The manager was nice when I was waiting for two years to refund my daughter training money. But when I said I don’t want come anymore and need to cancel my membership. He started to disrespect me, yelling and telling me stop talking to me I will cancel tomorrow but you can’t have refund anymore.
