Do not join this club. they will rip you off. they will never let you out of their contract.. they keep charging you for YEARS and YEARS. they tell you that you have to email them but give you the wrong email address. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This gym has very deceptive practices as far as signing up and contractual agreements. Nick seems not to care and very unprofessional. I was not advise I was getting into a contract and the type of fees associated with it. Now that I can not physically attend the gym anymore they refuse to cancel my membership and are creating lies that I signed up online instead of personally at the gym. So last year I signed up and felt as if I didn't belong. It was constantly overwhelmingly packed and just all around not pleasurable to be at. I have been trying for MONTHS to cancel my membership due to financial troubles. When I originally signed up I specifically asked if I was able to cancel at anytime without issues and was told YES! This location has a good use of space, various fitness classes and parking isn't the worst as compared to some of their other locations. This place would be better if there were massage chairs and saunas like some of the other locations. It does appear very clean compared to neighboring locations. There are also fewer creepy men who leer at women during group exercise classes and otherwise want to go to the gym. My biggest complaint however is customer service. I have had awful experiences with this club. When I was signing my contract, I had no idea that I would be obligated to pay for the full 12 months. That was never explained to me. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was not allowed to. I am extremely frustrated with this gym. As for the gym itself, they have only four ellipticals, which is a ridiculously low amount given the crowd they get during rush. I am overall disappointed with their lack of equipment and deceptive business tactics.

This gym sent me to collections for not paying my bill! I left the gym last year and moved to another state and gave proof in person and on phone! I hate this gym and it tries to screw people out of their money. I had to pay $175 to get away from ABC Financial! Do not ever sign up for this gym!!!!!!!! Even the collections guy said this is the worst financial company ever!

The hours are terrible !!!! 6pm on Saturday night !? 10 pm on weekday nights !?!? So basically if you work and come home at 6pm you have a decision of trying to rush a dinner in then workout on a full stomach or don't eat til 9 or 10 pm !? Gyms are gyms there's better options out there as far as hours ! 6pm on a Saturday !?!?? I don't know what you are trying to promote - for me to go out and drink !?

I went here today to talk to someone about a membership. I was introduced to "Mike" or "Michael." Although I wanted a membership, I was really interested in getting personal training three- to four-times per week in addition to the membership. So, I wanted to understand pricing, etc. Per the trainers on its web site, I wanted to work with Abigail and/or Vincent. Mike/Michael told me he had to do a "tour waiver" before I could tour the gym. Equipment is good, Cinema is really nice, but not enough elliptical machines, terribly inadequate parking and the internet is down frequently and no one seems to be able to answer why. Also, when college students came back for Spring Break, they were charged $50 for the week!!!!
