This is a great place for cardio and weight training. If you can deal with the stress of finding a place to park and you know how to train without help then this place is really nice. For me the parking and traffic situation makes me not want to ever go there.
I am so happy I switched to the Edge. This is a great gym. It has everything you need including tons of cardio machines, fitness classes, machines, weights, etc. They did a great job building this gym and it shows. The only down side is the lack of parking, which they said they were working on! However, it is so refreshing to have a gym acknowledge a known issue and work on fixing it right away!
It's impossible to cancel a membership with them. ABC and the edge just point fingers to each other and they both suck. No answers just excuses.

What a completely garbage organization. They refuse to let you out of the contract years later. Spoke to multiple people at the Trumbull location, they have no clue. Spoke with corporate and they had us on the phone for an hour. Had us send an email and still continue to charge. I recognize you don't have to be a genius to work there but don't be scumbags. Trainers teach bullshit exercises and have little valid fitness knowledge. Only 3 squat racks in whole gym. Many employees are rude and dishonest about memberships.

No stars I wish they would change management and have better staff control this gym put a bad taste in my mouth it's very dirty always unorganized and just a horrible environment that no one wants to be in while working out I wish there was more options in Monroe/Trumbull to go to or that someone would take over the edge and just hire better people the locker room is useless way to dirty

i don't understand why employees think it is acceptable to have relationships within the work area. I'm seeing this personal trainer RJ and front desk rep Megan touching all over each other, making explicit comments to one another; and talking sexually. This is very bad for business and also frustrating for me to hear when me and my children both come to this facility. One of them needs to be assessed and moved to another facility and or talked to and dealt with. Totally unacceptable.

The staff in this club are incredibly rude. They advertise that members are meant to feel welcome and accommodated. I was shamed for not wearing what they deemed appropriate foot wear, although the shoes I had on met the company guidelines exactly. They could not give me any reasonable explanation as to why they were not suitable but prevented me from working out on 2 separate occasions threatening to call the police if I didn't leave. Nice way to welcome your members guys!!!

This gym has the worst managers I have ever known! A kid who calls himself a manager screamed at me for accidentally spilling water from my water bottle! Screamed, yelled, shouting profanity for spilled water! He snapped on a customer for accidentally spilled water, which by the way I was in the process of cleaning! He did not care!
