Very unprofessional staff, bathrooms were not kept up to standard there was poop on the floor and piss on the toilets. Staff was very racist, I would not recommend this gym to anybody that wants to workout, staff were not wearing masks but they were making people wear it as soon as they walk in. I would recommend any other gym besides this one. Managers need to step up and make changes before I talk to corporate.

the only reason i could ever think of someone wanting to switch here from any other gym membership, is if your looking for a women's only section or you are a total moron like how i was. there are definitely some upsides of this gym however, the downs greatly out number them. for example. they close at 6 on saturdays and 5 on sundays and 11 oclock every other day. no pool. no basketball. its like a planet fitness but way more expensive. the same rules apply. this gym just traps people in their shitty 1 year contract that you... read more

It's an ok gym and the staff here are ridiculous. I was told when I signed up that I could cancel anytime just to figure out when you do sign up here they put you in a contract for a year with all these little fee's they forget to tell you about also. Would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to either cancel your card after or jump through all their loops to get out of it.

The gym itself is nice, the equipment is kept in good condition, and the building itself is very spacious. It's the employees that ruin my experience at this gym. A select few have not been very welcoming and UN-informative, and too nonchalant. A guest's first impressions are imposed when they first walk through the door. Value your guests or find other work. This company is Reminiscent of the old Valley is contracts. The ones you keep on charging repeatedly even once you've cancelled your membership because of a PANDEMIC!! And I'm not even under contract! Great gym (once it finally opened, lousy management (maybe they will call, maybe they won't...thanks Chris). I had to cancel a credit card because they refused to detach after charging my card $49 for TWICE for new memberships that I did not ask for AND a membership fee!!! $300+ for a gym membership that I haven't used once.

I don't like this place at all. Bad location - bad vibe. There are better options - lifetime, Anytime fitness etc.

This gym is ridiculous. They have group classes for personal training but not for the membership I'm paying. They say it's due to Covid. That makes no sense. So I'm paying monthly for group classes that I'm not getting but if you pay a personal trainer you can train in a group. Hmmm. Also I signed up for a year membership and they are extending my membership( even though I don't want to) because they 'froze' my account during Covid. Not my problem Covid happened. Do not join this gym! Dishonest sign up! They don't tell you if you sign up you are locked into a year membership. Everyone you speak to gives you the runaround. Complete scam! Don't do it!

The gym is nice but they changed their policies where you can no longer cancel your membership and are forced to subscribe to a full year membership. Also, when I originally joined, there was suppose to be no annual fee but they also added that onto the bill as well.
